I started in the “seafood industry” 4 years ago, in February of 2008.  So happy oysterversary to me. I am leaving for a wedding in San Francisco and Sonoma area over the weekend and as you know your brain usually goes on vacation a day before your body does, but I am going to post further on some of the things I have learned since I started doing this when I get home.
